Tip on preventing Deer damage
I learned from a fellow daylily gardner that VicksŪ VapoRubŪ sparingly put on a few small daylily buds here and there will keep deer from eating daylilies, and if used on other plants it will keep the deer away from them also. It will last up to 2 1/2 weeks because of the greasy consistency of the product.
